It depends on the role complexity, but most mid-level hires are closed within 2–4 weeks. Our intake-first approach significantly reduces back-and-forth, which is often where time is lost. For senior or highly specialized roles, we set realistic timelines upfront and communicate progress throughout.

We operate primarily on a success-fee model — you only pay when a placement is successfully made. For executive search or exclusive mandates, a retainer structure may be discussed. We are transparent about fees from the first conversation, with no hidden charges.
